1 Property type
SSD only applies to residential and industrial property in Singapore. Other non-residential property (office, retail, shop) is not subject to SSD at all.

Use the date you exercised the Option to Purchase for a resale purchase, or the TOP/CSC date if you bought an uncompleted unit. For the sale, use the date you exercise (or expect to exercise) the Option to Purchase.
